Introducing The Woven Co Knit Shops!

Hosted in the most delightful of space; Revology Concept Store in the heart of Wanaka

I’ve made 4 sets of skills sessions, maybe you need to learn all the things in the set, or refine just one – like seaming. That’s ok, I will run through the menu and skills and you focus in where it suits you best. If there is time in the sessions, I will also answer questions that probably include things not on the menu – yeah I know how this goes hahaha. I’m also open to providing sessions with no fixed menu, and more about answering questions and providing support.
Knit-Shops go live next week, Tuesday 15th August, and bookings ARE essential as space and numbers are limited.

An overview of how to put a project down and pick it back up, including eyeballing what stitch you are up to

An overview of little fixes and tips for the finished project, including hiding your cast on ‘jog’ in circular knitting

Entry Design Skills | Wednesdays at 2pm | 16th + 23rd + 30th August | $25 per person, 3 person max

Overviewing different methods for different reason and the visual effects they make, including a V Neck double decrease on centred stitch

Introduction to Visual Effects | Thursdays at 2pm | 17th + 24th + 31st August | $25 per person, 3 person max

Texture effects with Knit and Purl

Cables and travelling stitches
Simple colour work and colour changes
This is a very entry level to visuals, to assist a knitter with following patterns with these techniques, includes some good tips and tricks to help!
