Simple Bunny Free Knitting Pattern
Super cute little bunny pattern, fun and simple!
This is not an original idea or pattern… but here are some simple instructions for you to follow and make your own little bunny!
THE WOVEN SIMPLE BUNNY
4mm up to 6 mm needles, use what you’ve got and can be knit on 60/80cm length circular needles
1 x BOLD 50grm ball
10grm White or cream yarn for pom-pom tail
Needle for sewing
42 stitches for a big bunny, or 22 for a little bunny.
Knit every stitch, every row, until you’ve made a square. Cast off
Step one: thread across the middle of your square, you don’t need to use contrast yarn (this is just so you can see what to do in the photo)
Step two: thread up to the middle of the top, then back down to the start of your sewing to form a triangle
Step three: pull triangle together to form head and ears
Step four: stuff head and close, knotting your darning yarn to secure
Step five: use the darning yarn to shape ears
Step six: sew up the back and stuff, close the bottom firmly.
Attach pom-pom for the tail.
Stitch on eyes, weave in ends and voila!
